Our inspiration comes from a classic story, Harold and the Purple Crayon. In the story, Harold has the power to create a world of his own by drawing it.
The rich visual identity is expressed through custom SVG animations that activate on hover below, and autoplay on mobile.
Results
Rhythm launched in January 2021 in the Texas market. It has since hit the ground running—compelling customers to switch their energy provider. As well, user research gave us some early qualitative data that the website was perceived as modern, and easy to understand.
